“A passion for the Tourism and Hospitality Industry” As a previous Holiday Park owner with a 25-year career in sales and business ownership across a range of industries my passion lies firmly in the Tourism & Hospitality Sector. I pride myself on meeting the needs of both sellers and buyers with a strong focus on customer service and with a sharp business mind I am able provide all parties with the best outcomes in business sales and acquisitions.Born a New South Welshman and moving to Queensland in the early 90’s I worked as a Senior Auctioneer and Manager with some of Australia’s Leading Motor Auction Houses, many roles taking me interstate and providing many opportunities to travel around this great country. In 2004, I established a specialist Plant & Equipment Valuation business based out of Brisbane working predominately for Australia’s leading Financial Institutions and Law Firms for Business Asset Valuation and Re-finance purpose.Fast forward 3 years and my wife and myself purchased a Big4 Holiday Park in Northwest Queensland and worked on developing the park into what we still believe is the one of the best inland tourist parks in Australia. The park was listed and sold by Resort Brokers in February 2014.After relocating to Northern NSW with my family in tow I accepted a position as Dealer Principal / General Manager with a multi-site / multi-franchise Motor Dealership and after 6 years decided to go back into the Tourism Sector taking a Park Manager Contract Role in Byron Bay with Reflection Holiday Parks (NSW Crown Lands Park Managers).In December 2021 after the “children flew the nest”, we decided to re-locate to the Sunshine Coast and the opportunity to work for Resort Brokers as their Sunshine Coast & Fraser Coast Caravan Park and Motel Broker was something that I just could not resist. I love this part of Queensland and look forward to the opportunity of providing business within my region with exceptional customer service and positive buyer and seller interactions.
