I am passionate about advancing the state-of-the-art in AI research and making technology more accessible to the masses. My research has been published at CVPR (CVPR is ranked #4 of all publications by Google Scholar), ICCV, and ICLR. At Prime Video, I work primarily on video/multimodal representation learning with a long-term vision of cracking the "long"-video understanding problem. I believe this entails both learning better representations as well as lowering the cost of temporal reasoning. My notable production work includes: 1) Prime Video automated advertisement insertion at scene boundaries, 2) semantic-knowledge graph for efficient zero-shot metadata classification at catalog scale, 3) visual-search for carousel recommendations, and 4) content moderation and compliance models. Prior to Amazon, I graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a B.S.E in computer science in 2019. Outside of work, I am passionate about non-profit engagement. I served for two years as the youngest President of the Princeton Club of Seattle where I led an alumni network with 2000+ members. I am the co-founder of Princeton University Science Olympiad tournament which has been featured by Scientific American and hosts 800 students free-of-charge annually since 2016. During college, I also directed HackPrinceton which is a hackathon that hosts 1000+ students per year.I am both a force-multiplier individual contributor as well as people leader with the ability to balance short-term and long-term thinking. I have first-hand experience with building large organizations from the ground up, as well as working effectively within established frameworks. My life's ambition is to empower people to do their best work and strive to be better versions of themselves.
