Over my tenure, I took the company from its baseline to a leading soft commodity production and marketing organisation marketing 28% of Australia’s cotton to the world. During this time, I led the company to expand into overseas markets to reduce the impact of Australia’s drought years, opening up operations in California and Texas, listing on the ASX, and growing the company to over 600 people and 30,000 ha of farms.• Propelled exponential growth to establish Colly Cotton as a major international cotton producer;• Focused on upskilling people to enable sustainable growth, developing a critical resource capability plan;• Guarded profitable growth through risk management and establishment of a highly skilled FX team;• Successfully expanded into the USA, growing to market 12.5% share of California’s cotton globally.
