Koliso helps already successful individuals and organizations attain even greater results.I provide one-to-one coaching for senior executives and business owners on leadership, business development and strategic business skills. I also lead organization-wide change projects for private and public sector organizations.I have worked internationally for many years, including USA, Europe, Asia and South Africa. The word Koliso is derived from an indigenous South African word about coming together for mutual benefit. It is perhaps best described as possessing the attitude that it has to work "not just for me, not just for you, but for us."That attitude is what makes successful teams, organizations and leaders. My one-to-one coaching work is largely with senior executives and professionals in public corporations and closely-held professional practices. My successful projects for major corporations have included merging the cultures of significantly different organizations, building high-performance teams, creating cultures of innovation, recognition, and collaboration, and designing long-term people strategies that deliver business results. The paybacks for my projects regularly have broad strategic impact and exceed millions of dollars.

I have been elected to the boards of the local chapters of the American Society of Training and Development and Human Resources Professionals, (Society for Human Resources Management affiliate), as well as numerous committee roles. I am currently on the board of the Cycling Museum of Minnesota, and most recently I served two terms as a Commissioner on the Civil Rights Commission of the City of Minneapolis.I have held roles from Director of Philanthropy through to Director of Marketing and many things in between.

Working with the executive team we more than tripled the annual revenue, managed a joint venture in Malaysia, sold a non-core manufacturing facility in Australia, established and managed a new sales and marketing function in Southern Africa, and named by the Australian Business Council as one of Australia's most innovative companies.
