I also lead organization-wide change projects for private and public sector organizations.I have worked internationally for many years, including USA, Europe, Asia and South Africa. The word Koliso is derived from an indigenous South African word about coming together for mutual benefit. It is perhaps best described as possessing the attitude that it has to work "not just for me, not just for you, but for us."That attitude is what makes successful teams, organizations and leaders. My one-to-one coaching work is largely with senior executives and professionals in public corporations and closely-held professional practices. My successful projects for major corporations have included merging the cultures of significantly different organizations, building high-performance teams, creating cultures of innovation, recognition, and collaboration, and designing long-term people strategies that deliver business results. The paybacks for my projects regularly have broad strategic impact and exceed millions of dollars.
