Hired as a Delphi software developer by the startup company Integrated Radio Solutions, responsible for adding functionality to custom CRM Data Mining application specific to the Radio industry. Integrated Radio Solutions was acquired by Arbitron Inc. in the 4th quarter of 2005. I continued to function as a developer for a few months; was then promoted to Software Engineer where I designed new modules & utilities in Delphi, producing architecture & design documents. In 2007 Arbitron closed the New Orleans office and I started telecommunting; shortly there after I took on the responsibility of directing & overseeing an India based Delphi development team, while continuing in my architectural role. After surviving two Arbitron layoffs; I was moved to a Java team as a developer in 2010. I continued to support the Delphi applications but focused more on Database & Java work related to Arbitron's TapscanWeb application. In 2013 Nielsen acquired Arbitron and I was affected by the Nielsen downsizing.

Hired as a Delphi software developer by Ceres and soon became team lead and a key player in this startup company. In early 1999 I was promoted to Software Engineer for Research & Development. When Ceres was acquired by NCR Teradata I was promoted to Development Manager. I functioned successfully as a development manager until NCR downsized the entire development department replacing it with an offshore resource.
