Feigenbaum develops intellectual property for early- and mid-stage ventures in most technologies (except life sciences). Focusing on strategy first, he coaches each client on the direction, scope, and timing of an IP vision that will serve the venture well and be consistent with the persistent product development and financial pressures that it faces. Once the course has been set, Feigenbaum leads a cooperative effort to implement the plan promptly and thoroughly. This means hard work and creativity on both sides.
