As Recruiter Im responsible end to end for finding potential employees for the company, source and reach out to talent and ensure they're a good fit for the company, evaluate hard and soft skills, help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well. I'm also building pipelines of diversity candidates and structuring sourcing/recruiting processes and policies that promote diversity and support all social groups.
