As the Business Development Manager at Lionship Phils., Inc. I am responsible for driving the strategic growth of our firm. My core duties include leading the acquisition of vessels in Japan to strengthen our fleet and enhance transportation capabilities. Additionally, I develop and implement business strategies to expand our logistics network and grow our B2B client base.I foster and maintain strategic relationships with key industry partners, service providers, and clients to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. I negotiate S&P transactions and secure mutually beneficial partnerships that address the specific needs of our B2B clients and provide the efficient delivery and integration of newly acquired vessels into our operations. My role encompasses strategic planning and sales management, where I prepare comprehensive business reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for senior leadership. These efforts support and propel our business expansion, optimising operational processes and driving growth to advance the company’s objectives.In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am also pursuing my studies at Temple University Japan, majoring in International Business Studies (IBS).
