CurrentReward Lead for Vodafone Intelligent Services Spain in Málaga. Define the compensation strategy of VOIS Spain. Manage compensation activities such as annual compensation review, reporting, data cleansing, defining compensation strategy, define compensation offers together with Recruitment team to attract new talent, define retention practices, act as business advisor for HRBPs to define rate cards. Definition and management of Incentives and Bonus strategy (GSTIP, GLTR (Shares), Commission plans). Ensure compliance with Vodafone Group compensation practices and policies. Analysis of market data to define compensation benchmarks, managing survey data from WTW (Willis Towers Watson), Korn Ferry and other market compensation surveys.Prepare compensation reports and presentations and present to VOIS Board of members.International Mobility Champion - manage the relocation process of international new hires, working closely with HRBPs, Recruitment team, IM Team and external consultancy companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, Eres Relocation.Regular revision and cleansing of compensation and organizational data in the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors). Management of benefits: Management of new agreements with suppliers and contract extensions. Administration of the benefits package: health insurance, life insurance, pension plan, employee discounts, Meal/transport allowance, etc.
