1. Implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 & AS9100 2. Perform First Article Inspection and advise CNC Operators of findings.3. Ensure adequate quality guidelines are in place and followed. Work closely with operators and programmers to improve manufacturing processes by eliminating operational wastes. (Time, Resources, Movements, Etc.)4. Prepare shop routing for individual, specific jobs to provide clear instructions of manufacturing processes. 5. Perform root-cause analysis to determine operational issues, identify and reduce manufacturing bottlenecks, and increase overall capacity.6. Oversee expanding operations with a second location in the Phoenix Valley area

I was responsible for 3-4 tables at a time. I learned to balance refills on beverages, soup, and salad, with providing excellent customer interactions while ensuring that food was accurately entered for a timely arrival. This is where I developed my passion for customer service and interactions. I enjoyed the challenge of watching a disgruntled person sit down at my table so I could determine what needs they would require and successfully ensure these needs would be met. This guaranteed a quality experience and 100% customer satisfaction. This is also where I began developing my interest in problem solving and consumer behavior.

Working at In-N-Out was my first job and my first customer service experience. I became accustomed to the quick-paced, team environment and I learned the valuable importance of 100% guest satisfaction. I learned the essentials of workplace communication and I began understanding consumer behavior.
