Responsible for conceiving the brand's marketing and B2C customer acquisition strategy. Managed budget/P&L and marketing team. Executed all digital and OOH campaigns. Company was acquired in 2018.- Led Zipdug (acquired) a mobile-health startup through seed funding round as CMO. Responsible for conceiving and executing the brand's marketing and B2C customer acquisition strategy. This includes all digital and offline channels.- Conceived and executed the foundational cross-channel customer acquisition strategy for Nestio, a venture-backed enterprise real estate Saas.

GovPilot is an enterprise software-as-a-service that provides local governments, counties and public agencies with a suite of solutions that improve employee productivity, constituent engagement and the delivery of government services,I was first non-technical hire, responsible for setting and executing the company-wide, scalable customer acquisition strategy across digital and offline channels. Played a key role in building software platform and growing revenue from $0 to 1m+ ARR.

As a Capital Markets professional in the Investment Sales Group, I provide valuation, acquisition and disposition services, asset review, financial analysis, investment strategy development and due diligence support on behalf of property owners, investors and lenders in Greater New York City. In 2011, I spearheaded the creation of a Private Capital Group (a national CBRE service line) covering New York City's Outer Boroughs.Primary Responsibilities:● Source investment sale opportunities through both internal and external relationships.● Manage the entire cycle of a commercial real estate transaction, including marketing, negotiating, due diligence and closing proccess.● Valuate commercial real estate, providing bid support for institutional investors as well as acquisition and disposition guidance.Deal Highlights:● The sale of a 425,000 ± SF flex industrial facility in Connecticut on behalf of a private investor. The buyer securitized the bondable, investment grade lease, allowing the seller to achieve a premium to market bids.● Participation in the sale of an 850-unit multifamily portfolio in Brooklyn, NY on behalf of a private equity fund. This sale was among the largest in the Outer Boroughs in 2011, representing the rare sale on an institutional quality portfolio. The Private Capital Group assisted with market research, collateral development, investor outreach and site tours.● In early 2012, I sold a non-performing loan secured by a partially occupied 50,000 SF office building in northern New Jersey, on behalf of a special servicer. This complex, off-market deal had tremendous time constraints. The deal was structured and closed in less than 15-days.● Represented one of the largest private equity real estate funds in the creative sale of a non-performing loan secured by a multifamily building in New York City's outer boroughs.

Andover Properties is a real estate investment firm that develops, acquires and manages self storage facilities and retail properties nationwide. Investment Activities● Support acquisition activities by sourcing and underwriting all potential target investments. This included a portfolio of 5 non-performing mortgages secured by self storage facilities in 4 eastern U.S. states.● Perform in-depth market analysis on target acquisitions, providing input in the due diligence process and operational assumptions. This included demographic, supply and demand and vehicular traffic trends.● Track deal historical deal performance versus pro forma.Marketing Activities● Project managed the development of Andover's self storage brand's website and branding identity.● Managed the performance of the self storage brand's paid search campaign.
