Well known for its expertise in hydropower, MUHR has in recent years evolved from a SME into an international group with branches in Germany, Czech Republic and Asia. As MUHR's in-house graphic designer and marketing contact, I was responsible for all Design, Marketing and PR output.

HELIOS, solutions provider for material handling in plastics and chemical industry, has been steadily diversifying its product range to meet new market demands. In my time as Senior Designer, I was involved in the rollout of two new, highly innovative products. Apart from that, I have looked after all printed matter, including product photography, manuals and material for trade fairs.

Over the years, I have done freelance work for individuals, local and national brands and several design agencies. Most of my work was visual design, but I also did some strategy, and I wrote copy. Clients included: VW Autostadt, Käthe Kruse, Grossman & Berger, University of Art and Design Halle, University Leipzig and Shaman Ivana Vila.

As Senior Designer, I was part of a Marketing team that did a complete redesign of the printed matter. This included a 400-page catalogue and an extensive set of brochures. I also looked after the website and the material for trade fairs, and I wrote copy.

A comprehensive training in Web design and Web content management, with a focus on CMS software Typo3, e-commerce solution Magento (versions 1 and 2), front-end framework Bootstrap as well as web technologies HTML5 and CSS3.

Designliga is a studio for visual and interior design. It is deeply rooted in culture, design discourse and true craftsmanship. The time I spent there as a designer had a great influence on my design approach. Among the clients I worked for were: AUDI AG, AUDI quattro, VW Autostadt and Chiemseeschulen Zimmermann. Apart from that, I was responsible for the development of Designliga's own branded material.

I researched both online and offline media and compiled press reviews for clients from the energy sector and finance industry. I also did some monitoring and reporting on the regulatory consequences of the 2008 global financial crisis.
