I am president and co-owner of Extreme Measures Inc., located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. My company provides building measurement services throughout North America.We utilize sophisticated technologies and highly refined techniques to measure any type of real-estate and deliver highly accurate floor plans, CAD drawings, point clouds and models.We are experts in area analysis and area certification according to the various BOMA Standards and other commonly used methodologies. Extreme Measures is the current editor and illustrator of the BOMA measuring standards.During my 26 years at Extreme Measures, I have developed many of the company’s measurement techniques and internal systems, with a focus on improving quality control and boosting efficiencies. With a keen understanding and interest in area calculations and the BOMA Measuring Standards, I have designed our proprietary area calculation systems and other web-based systems which have helped the company progress as a cutting edge implementer of technology for the real estate industry.
