Keys bodies of work revolve around alignment of worldwide cross business partners and stakeholders, defining & implementation of the multi year program plan, assessing financial impact, budgeting & communications to Stakeholders/VP’s etc. - Additional Areas of Involvement -With such a large site in Leixlip (Central EMEA Printing Hub) & over 1200 employees there are a number of initiatives ongoing. I manage the university internship program across the printing engineering and businesses. I’m also very active in employee engagement and play an active part in organizing site activates (Kids Xmas party, bring your child to work etc).

Within this work I would have had weekly hands on experience with: photolithography, electroplating, electrophoretic deposition, electrical testing & design of integrated passive components & filters.A second stream within this focus was our collaboration with the CRANN institute in Trinity college Dublin. We worked with researcher there to advance flexible transparent conductors and scale them to a viable high volume process. Our work entailed inkjet & spray deposition & analysis of solutions of both carbon nanotubes [CNT's] & Silver nanowires [AgNW]
