With experience managing strategic projects and delivering on organizational change, I am currently pursuing my MBA at the Yale School of Management. I previously served as the Director for Shawnee State University's Kricker Innovation Hub, where I led the strategic direction of the $4.5 million technology incubator. I successfully hired and managed a team of five employees, oversaw new program development benefiting hundreds of regional entrepreneurs, and secured federal grants totaling $7 million to build a digital and immersive technology accelerator program.During my tenure, I emerged as the public face of the Hub and downtown initiatives, significantly expanding stakeholder communication and growing digital media reach by 10x using an inbound marketing framework. Additionally, my efforts led to the adoption of a new university Board of Trustees level policy for creating and issuing micro-credentials, further contributing to the innovation ecosystem.Outside of school I love to run, cook, and facilitate Techstars Startup Weekends!I'm currently exploring a thesis of global urbanization as a megatrend for Strategy and VC investing; this includes everything from supply chain optimization to the built environment, smart city platforms, and climate change. The world is investing a massive amount of resources to facilitate a shift towards a more sustainable future, and urbanization can either be a part of the problem, or part of the solution!
