About David Fletcher

I am an experienced Design Engineer. I deliver well crafted presentations to communicate my ideas. I am adaptable and flexible to new environments. I enjoy solving problems and creating well-designed processes that flow smoothly. I train team members so that they can confidently perform their tasks. I have 10 years experience as a design engineer, but I am looking for something different for this chapter of my career. I'm looking forward to a job that pays to my strengths: communication, people-building, and problem solving.I recently completed my MBA from the Edwards School of Business. I received the Grandey MBA Entrance Prize as well as the Robert and Brenda Gordon Award that helped pay for a significant portion of my tuition! At the end of the year, I was also awarded the Sukumar Chandrasekhar Memorial Award (as voted by my classmates) for my positive attitude and dedication to helping the whole class succeed.
