About David Marx

I'm a lifelong trainer and educator. With a unique background in learning and development, education, tech, acting and improv, I help people perform in every sense of the word.I have a wide range of talent management experience, especially in employee development, onboarding and orientation, performance management, and recruitment. In essence, my background is in developing and managing programs that increase employee engagement and performance. My current role is focused on the overall instructional quality of tech upskilling and reskilling programs.I’ve designed and facilitated workshops on topics including communication, collaboration, customer service, presentation skills, and improvisation. One of my specialties has been developing workshops that utilize role play and performing arts techniques. I've done so for organizations like WIX.com, the NYC chapter of the Association for Talent Development, and the Center for Arts Education. For many years I taught improv regularly to people from all walks of life for ANDTheatre Company.I also have strong ties to the performing arts with multiple credits as a film and stage actor.
