- Management of the SPMRL (Spare Parts Management, Repair and Logistics) project at - Telefonica/Vivo in the state of São Paulo.- Asset management of 220,000 spare units of telecommunications equipment in the Telefonica/Vivo fixed network.- Definition of KPIs and metrics for the operation and monitoring of the Telefonica/Vivo SPMRL project.- Application development for inventory management and project management.- Standardization of operation and maintenance processes of the Telefonica/Vivo SPMRL project.- Promote the synergy of the Logistics and Management groups, aiming at the fulfillment of contractual SLA's and performance indicators.- Perform project budget management.- Optimize costs with the development of new suppliers (vendor management).
