Last year I started a new role at JDSAT, Inc as a Senior Manager II, Operations Research. Prior to this, I spent 2 years at PayPal following my retirement from active duty in the Marine Corps. At JDSAT I supported Navy Medicine and their Data Transformation initiative for approximately 1 year. Most recently I began supporting a new client, the Naval Postgraduate School, and their effort to establish the Consortium for Artificial Intelligence in Military Applications and National Security (CAIMANS). My military career spanned over 24 years where I served in the US Marine Corps. During that time, I had two separate careers. The first, as a fighter pilot flying the F/A-18 Hornet and the second as an analyst after earning a Master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School. As an analyst I spent over 5 years in the Pentagon analyzing and evaluating programs in support of high-level budgeting & resourcing decisions. In 2021, I transitioned out of the military and took a role with PayPal. I am passionate about using my education and experience as an analyst and leader to solve problems with data. I want to work on a company's most vexing problems and inform executive-level decisions. As a military officer I bring years of leadership experience and a strong work-ethic. I highly value honesty, integrity, and a sense of humility.
