I now have a business that inspires joy and delights customer facing teams.Some years back when running a very large sales organization I made a discovery. Our large investment in CRM was not paying off for my business because my sales teams didn't want to embrace it.We needed the CRM and the benefits it could provide but for it to pay back we needed the team to want to use it. So I fixed it. The improvements in revenue and productivity were huge.And my team were then delighted by the CRM. They loved it. I had a couple of our Customers at the time see what we had done and they wanted it too. So we did the same thing for them on their CRM and inspired joy. Their results were amazing.Sentia was born. We now take company CRMs everywhere, delight their teams and ensure that the software then delivers.They love their CRMs, they use their CRMs, the CRMs then payback for our clients.
