I am a graduate Chemical Engineer with a 1st from the University of Edinburgh. During my degree I have gained key experience in problem solving, data analysis, teamwork and decision making. My masters thesis involved using Machine Learning to predict the properties of polymers in the context of CO2 capture. I completed a 12-month industrial placement in the nuclear industry, gaining key workplace experience, improving technical ability and working on some of the UKs most significant and challenging nuclear projects.I also have a passion for sport and people, having volunteered at various capacities ranging from coach to committee member since I was 15. Most recently I was Wellbeing and Inclusivity Officer for the University of Edinburgh Sports Union, gaining crucial experience in leadership, teamwork, decision making and communication.
