SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY (SBSA) Administration & Control Building - Redwood City, CAProject Manager/Superintendent for the primary sanitary processing facility of San Mateo County. A 22,000 SF. essential facility intended to remain functional following a catastrophic event and to resist the effects of a highly corrosive atmosphere. Stainless and Galvanized steel throughout for the structural framing, mechanical systems, metal lathe and flashings. The project included an exposed, epoxy coated steel structure, server room, an advanced HVAC system, and two elevators.

THE MILLENNIUM TOWER – San Francisco, CAExterior Enclosure Superintendent for a 60 story high rise, 14 story mid-rise with a 3 story connecting podium situated above a 5 story garage. Managed the installation of all interior, exterior and site waterproofing, movement joints, curtain wall, roofing, metal panel, stone and plaster.

STANFORD UNIVERSITY STADIUM – Palo Alto, CASuperintendent for the construction of the new stadium within the existing berm footprint and included demolition, grading, concourse retaining wall, tunnel boring and construction, the stadium seating structure, concessions, bathrooms and 4 story press boxARRILLAGA CENTER FOR SPORTS AND RECREATION – Stanford University – Palo Alto, CASuperintendent for construction of a 2 story, 75,000 SF recreation facility. Project included demo of an existing structure with the salvage and re-use of clay roof tile, brick facade, maple flooring, timbers and concrete; onsite crushing of concrete for reuse as base rock; 30,000 CY excavation the structure consisted of CIP concrete, steel & precast. The completed facility offers 3 basketball courts, 7 squash courts, a climbing wall, a fencing floor, weight training room and a Sports Medicine Center equipped with an MRI system.FISHER HOUSE - Palo Alto Vets Hospital – Palo Alto, CAProject Superintendent for the construction of a 5,000 SF hotel type facility. The facility is slab on grade, wood frame with brick façade and includes lobby and reception space, offices, a kitchen, 21 guest rooms and an elevator.INSTITUTE of BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY Tenant Improvements – Santa Clara CaliforniaProject Superintendent interior build-out of a gutted 40,000 SF shell. Construction included extensive retrofit of all site, under slab, interstitial and rooftop MEPs systems and utilities, structural modifications, seismic retrofit, new bathrooms and Class A office finishes.LOMITA ROW STUDENT HOUSING SEISMIC RETROFIT & RENOVATION Stanford University – Palo Alto, CASuperintendent on a 60 day project that renovated 3 student housing facilities which included extensive seismic strengthening, a complete gutting and rehabilitation of the commercial kitchens and bathroom/shower facilities, new HVAC systems, fire sprinklers, doors/hardware and repair and painting of all interior and exterior.

MORELAND SCHOOL DISTRICT - Payne & Baker Elementary Schools Seismic Retrofit & RenovationSan Jose, CAAssistant Superintendent for the renovation of two elementary school campuses that included underground utility installation for new water, gas, electrical and sewer service, seismic retrofit of all classrooms, interior & exterior finishes and 10 acres of sitework.
