Lead the design and development of Home Check, a pilot QR based solution to capture Care Worker information within a client’s home. Whilst the pilot wasn’t successful, the rapid 12-week innovation project raised team capability.Lead the Implementation of improved Cyber Security. Leading our internal team to implement security enhancements in line with the Essential Eight framework, and VPDSS. This work has significantly reduced the residual cyber risk. This included elements such as MFA, MDM, network hardening, Security awareness uplift, and patch management.Oversee the delivery of significant legislative changes adapting production systems. Government legislation changes such as ‘Improved Payment Arrangements’ created significant rework of Dynamics AX to support the changes. This project successfully delivered working solutions ahead of peers within the sector.Introduced greater data capability with Power BI. Establish a new team to be able to deliver on organisational data needs, including the delivery of new Power BI reports. Key deliverables were able to assist business growth, help manage client risk, and provide visibility of key performance metrics.Oversee the delivery of large scale migration from on premises hardware to IaaS from with an MSP.
