For nearly 30 years, David Frazier, has been a real estate industry professional with diverse experience ranging from luxury sales, new home sales, condo developments, waterfront, large farms and equestrian facilities to vacant land and commercial. David’s life has had a special focus and love for real estate, horses, and in general the care and betterment for many different animals, having participated in decades of animal rescue efforts. Having grown up in a construction and development family, David “dreamed of '' and wanted to work in real estate since early childhood and began doing so in office administration at the early age of 14 yrs old every day after school and weekends. He continued on and began selling as a licensed agent in 1998 as a Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliate and went on to owning 3 RE/MAX real estate offices, where he managed many agents while participating in a top level of individual sales production in the Regions he has worked. David’s horse “personal life” has always run parallel to his real estate career. Owning many horses and show ponies over the years and competing at some of the top horse shows in the country. David and his husband Terry, each have just as long of experience in horses as David does in real estate. Through that life partnership they combined their love of horses into growing David’s commercial horse farm he founded. That farm, Ravenscroft, expanded in 2022, purchasing 100 rolling acres near Versailles, KY and just 25 mins from Lexington Bluegrass Airport and Lexington, KY where David and Terry, along with their staff, provide reproductive services, boarding, foaling, and offer stallion breedings to multiple top breeding stallions at their facility. For decades, David has made his life “Houses and Horses”, (houses meaning all types of real estate).
