• Responsible for providing reporting and analytics in the pre-sale, post-sale processes for all AOL Video Inventory.• Monitor all AOL online video advertising campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are delivering in accordance with contractual commitments and client expectations with regards to pacing and performance metrics.• Assist all regional/category/national sales professionals who require campaign delivery data for purpose of campaign fulfillment, reconciliation, and video business intelligence efforts• Drive report automation efforts to increase time spent on analysis versus report pulling.• Collaborate with Account Managers for client presentations involving data insights and recommendations.

Research & Analytics:• Research & Analytics in support of the VINDICO agency sales effort• Continuing market analysis of competitive landscape and developing innovation• Analyze campaign production and data metrics for Vindico Advertisers• Build complex insights-driven sales and campaign performance decks to education client teams about video metrics and online behavior.• Train clients and internal teams on proprietary reporting tools.

RJC Youth has a long history of serving the greater community with exciting and educational programming. From weekly morning and afternoon Shabbat groups to sports leagues including Soccer, Hockey, T-Ball, Kickball, weekly gym nights and the ever popular Kosher Softball League. RJC Youth continues to educate and stimulate our children.
