Oversaw all aspects of sales, business development, brand management and product positioning for a newly launched business group and product. Managed a high-performing team with direct P&L oversight for $4M. Developed long-term strategic plans based upon the various purchasing cycles of each market. Optimized program effectiveness with limited resources and headcount. Developed weekly forecasts, analyzed budget performance and conducted customer support training. ● Established the North American and Asian office for Kongsberg Seatex from the ground up; penetrated the North American market, generating consistent 100% growth for three consecutive years. ● Won competitive $1M contracts from the Army Corps of Engineers and the United States Navy, enabling future growth. ● Launched the Seatex product deep into the surveillance and oceanographic market leveraging existing key government connections and relationships to secure high-value sales and market growth. ● Closed a large US defense contract and achieved placement on the US GSA catalogue after leading an international litigation involving the sale of Norwegian-made products to the US Government.  ● Created and led a multi-faceted strategic plan targeting distinct markets including Oil and Gas, Defense, Hydrographic/Bathymetric Survey, Positioning, Cruise Ships and Port Security; leveraged Direct Mail Marketing strategies to enhance market awareness while targeting new customers to drive $2M in new sales and business growth.

Directed global marketing and sales for the $50M inertial business in Western Europe and the Middle East. Ensured all US federal license restrictions and procedures were met to sell products internationally. Served on three governmental and international committees and acquired Nuclear Secret Clearance.  ● Drove Honeywell’s international inertial sales to record-breaking levels with 35% of total business revenue being generated from sales in Europe. ● Opened and established the distribution network for Honeywell International Inertial Aerospace that is still being utilized by the business; initiated and implemented the global pricing strategy and distribution network. ● Managed multiple, large-scale $1M+ missile defense projects according to schedule, budget, and scope. ● Authored technical papers to submit to the US Congress for legislation consideration as a member of a governmental committee that focused on the trading of inertial products. ● Participated in multiple committees in Paris, France; discussed inertial technology as a CIA committee member and contributed to talks amongst defense technology trading partners and countries as a COCOM committee member.
