Through corporate finance leadership, I led development finance and valuation activities for all MVW brands and business lines comprised of 110 resorts and over $400M of capital investment. In my capacity, I drove increased shareholder value as the Finance Lead on high value growth strategies including spin-off, new product launches, spin-off, M&A and impairment assessments. During my tenure, I delivered oversight of cash flow, proformas and valuation models on over 50 resorts and business lines to ensure optimal capital investment opportunities consistent with Marriott investment hurdles, ROIC and EPS. Additionally, I led a team of five regional Finance Directors supported by a team of analysts.* Acted as FP&A Lead, valuating multiple strategic alternatives and growth plans for MVCI including, spin, divestiture, cash harvest and liquidation. * Post financial crisis, led 2009 financial asset valuations for MVCI resort portfolio resulting in more than $750M valuation adjustments, working with 3rd party valuation firms, internal & external auditors and legal counsel.* Served as finance partner on the creation of new vacation-ownership product that converted weeks to the North America Points system.* Demonstrated strong leadership during significant cost containment and 50% staff reduction.
