As a Solutions Engineer at Lockstep, I have delivered demonstrations of our SAAS based product tailored to the prospect's needs. I have also led technical discovery calls to obtain the information needed to provide the customer with a statement of work. I have worked closely with Customer Success engineering and product to ensure a smooth transition post sale as well as to ensure production environments are setup to customer's specifications. I have also worked directly with partners/resellers to demo and train their team on our product.
