As a founder and partner at Consumer Research Associates, I conduct ethnographic research, focus groups, interviews, and surveys for customer and user studies to help clients improve their product design, marketing, usability, and public affairs. I have a PhD in Communication Research with an emphasis in audience analysis, and I have been studying consumers and technology users for over two decades.I also co-founded SPK Media, a communication, strategy, and design firm that works with clients across various industries to enhance their software, websites, communications, and experiences. I specialize in qualitative audience research, user experience research, and user needs and task analysis, using a range of methods and touch points. My goal is to make things better for customers, users, and stakeholders, and to create value and impact for my clients.
