He was the Superintendent, Depot Operations at Petrolex Oil & Gas. David has over 23years experience in public practice and Oil and Gas industry. Prior to joining Petrolex Oil & Gas, DF as he is widely referred to worked with Forte Oil Plc. (formerly African Petroleum Plc.) for over 11 years period in various capacities such as Regional Engineer and Depot Operations Manager. As Depot Operations Manager, he was Responsible for maximizing commercial relationships and inherent opportunities for Forte, with Government Agencies including but not limited to NNPC and her various subsidiaries. Adept focus on growth and market share for the organization. David developed a model in 2016 that maximize lifting of petroleum products across all PPMC depots and was able to maintain the standard during this period.Prior to this, he also worked as Terminal Operations Manager, Forte Oil Plc. where he was in charge of all the Forte Oil Terminals (Ijora Terminal, Onne Terminal PHC and Aviation Terminal Ikeja). His wealth of experience also came to play in the transition from ORACLE ERP to SAP where he was responsible for on the job training of depot representatives on SAP modules.He began his career at Ajaokuta Steel Company Ltd as an Engineer and also worked with the Obajana Cement, Lokoja under Dangote group as Project Engineer at the earlier stage of his career. He is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has attended several courses and seminars both in Engineering and Oil and Gas supply chain.
