While Mark developed and managed the firm's EB-5 practice, I developed and managed the law firm's corporate, entertainment and non-immigrant investor-based practice areas. A large percentage of my time was dedicated to working closely with corporate HR Managers, In-house counsel and other corporate stake holders. I assisted companies in developing company policies for visa and green card processing. I also trained and educated employers in I-9 compliance and represented companies whose facilities where inspected, audited and raided by immigration authorities.
