I joined WR Immigration as a partner in 2017. I served as the LA County Bar Immigration Section Chair for the 2017-2018 term. I have practiced exclusively in the area of immigration law for over twenty-five years. I work closely with organizational stakeholders to create and execute immigration strategies for accessing global talent while staying in full legal compliance. My expertise includes the full-range of non-immigrant visas (E-1/E-2, H-2, H-1B, H-3, J-1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, P-1, Q-1 and TN), immigrant visas (PERM Labor Certifications, Aliens with Extraordinary Ability, Advanced Degrees, Managers &Executives, National Interest Waivers, Professors & Researchers, Skilled Workers, etc.), compliance work (I-9 corporate training and employer self-audits, H-1B public access file training and employer self-audit, representation in Department of Labor Wage and Hour Audits relating to LCA compliance) and global Immigration services (Work visas, business visas and Immigrant visas to virtually any country in the world).

GPSLA is a Los Angeles-based non-profit association of professional service providers that provide the various services that are required by investors, entrepreneurs and companies who are relocating from abroad to do business in Southern California.

In January of 2002 I founded Ivener & Fullmer LLP together with Mark Ivener. While Mark developed and managed the firm's EB-5 practice, I developed and managed the law firm's corporate, entertainment and non-immigrant investor-based practice areas. A large percentage of my time was dedicated to working closely with corporate HR Managers, In-house counsel and other corporate stake holders. I assisted companies in developing company policies for visa and green card processing. I also trained and educated employers in I-9 compliance and represented companies whose facilities where inspected, audited and raided by immigration authorities.

As Associate Attorney, I primarily prepared O1 visas for those in the entertainment industry and H3 visas for foreign trainees at large corporations. I also worked on non-immigrant visas such as H1, L1 and E2 (investor visas) as well as Permanent Residence applications based on extraordinary ability, National Interest waivers and Labor Certifications.
