His strategic oversight extended to pivotal projects including the Child and Adult Protective Services (CPS/APS) and Automated Fiscal System (AFS) maintenance, as well as the procurement of essential software for DHS's Citizens Review Board for Children (CRBC) and the Holiday Share program.
