After spending years learning and working with a variety of programming languages, I landed my first job as a Junior Software Developer at Georgian Railway. My hard work and dedication paid off, and I quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Team Leader of a group of experienced developers.I then took on a new challenge as an IT Consultant at Standard Bank (Tera Bank today), where I honed my skills even further. Eventually, I was offered the opportunity to lead a new Software Development department at UGT, where I was also able to obtain my PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. In this role, I excelled in managing and delivering several custom software development projects for various clients, including government agencies.However, despite my successes in the corporate world, I was drawn to the entrepreneurial life and decided to start my own business writing custom software solutions for businesses. Unfortunately, this venture panned out differently than I had hoped. Undeterred, I tried my hand at a few more companies, including an online shop for building materials and a mobile app for parents, but these also failed.But I didn't let these setbacks hold me back. I continued to learn and grow, eventually becoming the CTO of a FinTech company that uses AI, ML, and data science to help banks boost their sales using their data. My team and I are working on creating a CDP software with a campaign management module, leveraging all of my expertise and experience in software engineering, software architecture and project management to drive the company forward.In my free time, I am also pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Tbilisi State University, all while balancing family life with my beloved wife and teenage son. Despite the ups and downs of my career journey, I remain committed to continuous learning and growth, always striving to make a positive impact through my work in the tech industry.
