Joined WSO2 as Director Solutions Architecture for EU1 (UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy), reporting to VP and GM of EU1 and VP Solutions Architecture. Role includes managing a team of staff (based in both UK and Sri Lanka), the team support all pre-sales and post-sales support for commercial activity in the EU1 region. Additionally, I represented WSO2 at numerous trade shows including Gartner IAM Summit, London, Identity Week, London where I was a speaker and Gartner IT Symposium, Barcelona.In 2023 there were a number of organisational changes to summarise, my role expanded to cover the whole of Europe, team size increased to eleven (based UK Europe & Sri Lanka), team was split into presales (closers) and post sales (farmers), OEM customers and Customer Support Management were added to team responsibilities.WSO2 produces API Management, Integration and Customer Identity and Access Management software solutions. These solutions can be deployed as On-Premises, Private Cloud or SaaS solutions.

My role expanded to cover all Axway's Products including Managed File Transfer, API Management, B2Bi, Track & Trace and AI Suite. Role included: partner presentations, demos, workshops and RFI responses. Additionally, I represented Axway Presales at the Fintech Talents event in London Nov 2021.

Additionally supporting channel partner M2M at The Media Production Show in London 2016.INFINIDAT produce Flash Optimised enterprise storage solutions InfiniBoxTM which achieve multi-petabyte capacity in a single rack with 99.99999% (7 nines) availability, over 1M IOPS, but only consumes less than 8 KW power.

Joined Acronis as the Team Lead SE for the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Benelux reporting to the Director Sales Engineering EMEA. The role included all aspects of team leading multiple SE teams in multiple countries.From Sept 2013 new EMEA role as Partner Enablement Mobility Products, reporting to the Director of Channel Sales EMEA. The role included three main elements: 1) delivery of Mobility Enablement sessions to Distribution, Reseller and Alliance partners across EMEA, 2) delivery of Mobility Enablement sessions to internal Sales and SE staff, 3) delivery of Mobility demos and presentations at trade shows including: VMworld 2013 in Barcelona, Insight Technology Show 2014 in Amsterdam, InfoSEC Europe 2014 in London and MobileIron Partner Summit 2014 in Sicily.Acronis Mobility product is Acronis Access. Acronis Access is a secure mobile file management platform for mobility users to share and synchronise on either private or public cloud storage (such as Amazon S3).

Following the successful stabilisation of the NetBackup systems, we went on to consolidate the multiple NetBackup domains to a single domain, upgrade software & networking and deploy new technology hardware (SunFire 6800 and STK L700).

Between 1995 and 1999 held various positions in Support Department up to Enterprise Support Manager managing multiple teams. Following the acquisition of Seagate Software NSMG I moved from the Support Department to the Training Department. From 1999 to 2002 I held various positions in Training Department up to Training Delivery Manager managing multiple teams.

Joined Scicon September 1989 working on real time process control systems. During the merger between Scicon and System Designers I was internally transferred to the Utilities division. SD-Scicon became EDS-Scicon and then EDS. I worked on numerous systems development and integration projects within the Electricity Supply Industry. Projects were based on VAX/VMS and Oracle. My roles included system development, system support, project leader, project manager, system architect, and project planner.
