Senior leader with extensive experience building / rebuilding teams that consistently and predictably grow revenues, margins, and generate cash. Much of my career has been associated with manufacturing and IT. I have lead start -ups, turn arounds, and organically grown existing divisions and businesses. I have extensive experience in sales and sales leadership, and a solid track record as a P&L manager in several business models and industries. That includes businesses focused on product sales, businesses that provide training and consulting, businesses that do IT outsourcing, and other. I have lived in China twice. From 1997 - 2001 I lead the turnaound of Fourth Shift/SoftBrands Asia Pacific operations during the Asia Financial crisis. We were profitable and generated cash each year. In 2007- 2009 I moved to China again and started two WFOE's and one JV for Taylor Corp. I have worked for publicly traded and privately held businesses.
