Plans and manages local routes in the Phoenix Metro area; optimizing delivery time with a 99.77% rate of on-time deliveries.Spearheaded a lean operations project resulting in a 35% reduction in driver load up time, in combination with average route times being shortened by 24%.Safety First mentality contributing to a 28 month record with zero accidents inside and outside of the Warehouse while keeping OSHA standards.
