In addition to standard IT infrastructure, my team also provides the IT service desk function as a touch point to our employees and customers. Brought on to lead the implementation of Episerver DXC WCMS and migration of content from 24 Ektron sites onto the platform. The new environment now houses the customer-facing web presence for my client, a global business software company. The project launched early and under budget.

Responsible for enterprise web and mobile application platform including both on premise and cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Office 365, CA Clarity). Also responsible for the delivery of new single sign on solutions (SecureAuth). Responsible for vendor relationships, contract management, and budget for all web and mobile vendors.Transitioned the corporate website from a single node presence to a highly available, fault tolerant environment with geography-based disaster recovery. Introduced a new web solution and SAP interface that enhanced transaction traceability and enabled our Endoscopy sales force to make annual sales of +$10M. My team built the company’s first continuous integration platform, used by mobile application development vendors and set standards in an area that was previously run by disparate groups.

Lead the integration of ArthroCare data and systems following the company's acquisition by Smith & Nephew. All integration activities were completed successfully, ahead of schedule, and under budget.
