David Gantz's career has spanned nearly 30 years, representing individuals and firms in all aspects of real estate transactions, including investment, development, construction, acquisition and sales. David has formed general and limited partnerships for real estate investment and development; negotiated and documented major construction, acquisition and refinance loans; and has handled acquisitions, subdivisions, construction and sales for residential developers, as well as for buyers and sellers of major office, industrial, multi-family residential, hotel and retail properties and of raw land. David has extensive experience negotiating and documenting substantial leases for both landlords and tenants, and is experienced in negotiating architectural agreements and construction contracts and advising owners and lenders with respect to construction-related disputes. He has also advised numerous clients in connection with purchases and sales of high-value residential properties in Malibu, Bel Air, Beverly Hills and throughout California. His practice emphasizes real estate, including commercial leases, major acquisitions and dispositions, high-value residences, and construction and design professional contract negotiations.
