I have led large-scale recruitment campaigns for enterprise businesses with thousands of employees, as well as helped start-ups build their tech capabilities from the ground up. Currently, I lead the People function at a scaling SaaS business revolutionizing airport operations, and most recently scaled a Series B fintech from 65 to 140 employees in just 12 months.I have 20 years of HR leadership experience, specializing in employment legislation across EMEA, APAC, and the USA. I have built HR and People functions from the ground up, transforming them into sophisticated teams that manage policy, procedure, organizational development, and continuous improvement. My leadership roles, both in-house and within external agencies, involved managing and building fee-earning teams that consistently deliver strong client and candidate satisfaction while maintaining profitability. My experience spans both contract and permanent recruitment, senior retained recruitment assignments, and selling and executing statement of work (SOW) outcome-based projects within software development.
