Lead all things People, HR, Talent, Culture for Delos and its subsidiary International WELL Building Institute. After coming on board as the first HR hire, I've built, iterated and scaled programs and initiatives that have allowed us to grow from 50 to over 300 staff members, expanding across the US and internationally. Tens of thousands of businesses rely on SinglePlatform everyday to showcase and update their menus, products, and services on the web's most popular sites and apps, all from one place. After being named one of the most promising startups in America, SinglePlatform was acquired and joined the Constant Contact family in June 2012.

I managed the strategic and day-to-day activities of TheLadders.com's high-performing Talent team. This team was responsible for ensuring that TheLadders attracted, hired and retained the top talent across Technology, Product, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions. With the stated mission of finding “the right person for the right job,” TheLadders.com is in the business of connecting jobseekers, recruiters and employers.
