In this role, I've guided a 14-member multi-agency task force in conducting participatory outreach efforts and designing the Regional Multi-Agency Concept of Operations Plan (Regional MACS ConOps) for the Portland Metropolitan Region. My expertise in program development and complex analysis, coupled with deep knowledge of RDPO’s formation, led to an expanded opportunity to conduct a mid-term organizational development study.
