Initiated a FEMA project to integrate CRM Firefighter Kelly Wong died during a training mishap in downtown Los Angeles in 2017. After conducting comprehensive analysis I concluded that Crew Resource Management (CRM) would have prevented his death. I contacted NASA Ames Research Center the birthplace of CRM, and United Airlines, the first airline to implement CRM for help and they called me back.
