At Tremco, we assist them in developing a proactive long-term roof management plans that minimize their problems and extends the useful service life of their roof systems. My team works very hard in assuring our customers’ interests are taken care of first. Whether it is a roof survey, leak repair, roof maintenance or re-roofing project – we are the roofing experts that our customers trust to deliver them "Roofing and Weatherproofing Peace of Mind.” My goal is to provide my customers with dry interiors.Our services include:• Providing personal inspection, comprehensive reports containing evaluation/recommendations/budget that result in the preparation of descriptive specifications, and project management during the construction process.• Evaluating facilities for capital expenditure projects: new construction, retrofit, removal/replacement, repair/restoration and repair.• Preparing specifications for single-ply roof systems (ballasted, battened, and adhered), cold process built-up roof systems, hot applied built-up roof systems, modified bitumen roof systems, metal roofing and liquid-applied roof systems and roof repairs.With over 25 years of experience with Tremco I work with my customers to achieve long-term results within their tight budgets. Nearly all building owners have roofing problems. I enjoy providing solutions to these problems to create breathing room for developing a long-term roofing plan. It is much easier to concentrate on capital plans when maintenance is working smoothly.I have expertise in the installation of hot and cold built-up roofs, hot and cold modified bitumen roofs, single ply roofs, metal roofing systems, vegetative roofs and restoration coatings for existing roof systems.In the past dozen years I have repaired, restored and replaced thousands of roof squares and have never had a major leak on any of my projects.
