My time at Genisis included administrating both a bi-weekly payroll and employee benefits for the center staff. Handled all employees' situations from on-boarding, through open enrollment, and any occurrence during the employee work cycle from hire to termination.• Ran weekly and monthly reports to verify employee training in order for the employee to be compliant within Genesis and with the State of New Jersey.• While working at Genesis, there were two nursing unions and several staffing agencies each having separate payrates and benefit options to be entered and verified and used in order for those employees to be paid correctly.• Part of my work at Genesis included employee Leave of Absence. Creating files, gathering documentation, verifying PTO, tracking deadlines for important medical documentation, and reporting to the center's management so they were aware of staffing issues that may occur.• During the COVID outbreak, I created all the lab test kits for the center, compiled a master spreadsheet containing all employee, doctors, and visitor insurance information.
