Senior Associate Architect: Commercial/Residential. renovating and transforming an existing music studio into astate-of-the-art recording and video production facility for the city’s music, theater, television, and film industries. In addition to the studio renovation, the building’s lower level will be converted into a flexible-use practice/performance venue, featuring a professional stage and state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and projection technology. It will also include a video control room to capture and post produce video from all over thebuilding, and a virtual reality/augmented reality studio. The original name of the studio will be revived as Power Station at Berklee NYC.

Project Architect/Project Manager: High-End Retail commercial. Assisted in the design development of the H.Stern Flagship store in Manhattan. The interior of the 2,100-square-foot store was inspired by the inside of a jewelry box and features warm wood paneling and an emphasis on organic shapes, exemplified by the dome ceiling and curved cantilevered display cases. Include collaborations with fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and the late Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer.FD Gallery – Project Manager. Convert a residential landmark town house into a luxury retail space. Located just off Madison Avenue working with Studio Sofield, in completing a total rebuilding of a classic townhouse to provide 4 floors of salon-type viewing rooms.
