We have grown to managing over 100 lawns this year mainly in Toluca, Wenona, and Minonk. We've expanded our service area to now include Flanagan, Pontiac, Gridley, Hudson, Bloomington, Roanoke, Washburn, Lacon, Henry, Spring Valley, Peru, McNabb, Magnolia, Lostant, and Streator. We service many of the Dollar General/Family Dollar and Casey's stores in the area. We provide professional level lawn care service with top of the line equipment. Our lawns get many compliments and our business continues to grow due to our customers spreading the word.

Provide general maintenance oversight to a 20 unit apartment complex. I also perform move-in and move out inspections with tenants. I work closely with all vendors and make sure repairs are completed in a timely manner and to tenant's satisfaction.

Currently create reports using QlikView software for Data Analysis. Reports are used by team analysts, 1st and 2nd line managers and our executives. Our teams reports have brought focus to OKR data and has had dramatic influence for reducing impacts.

The on-site service required travel up to two hours and included customer homes and small businesses.
