I worked with Virtualware’s different business units to promote and develop new offerings internationally.I've headed up Virtualware's London Office in Tech City since 2013, promoting Virtualware's product and solution offering in the UK. I was also in charge of developing new products and solutions within Virtualware's Healthcare Business Unit. I led the VirtualRehab product team, where we developed a neurorehabilitation platform that incoporated off-the-shelf technologies like the Microsoft Kinect and the Leap Motion controller to allow persons to perform therapeutic activities in a clinical setting as well as in their own homes through telerehabilitation. In my tenure as head of VirtualRehab, the product went from a fairly simple product sold mainly in Spain to a internationally recognised rehabilitation product being used in 20 different countries and having been used by thousands of patients. We are now working with a series of international KOLs in the neurorehabilitation field who are helping us constantly improve the product. I also managed bespoke projects with companies and academic institutions that incorporate Virtual Reality, robotics and other new technologies.
