In 2006, he sold Core Communications to Swisscom, where he served as Chairman / Managing Director for the US business unit. In 2007, David was appointed Chief Revenue Officer of the newly formed Swisscom International Services group, responsible for directing the global sales and services organization. In 2012, he cofounded CirrusWorks, a network performance platform for internet service providers, where he is co-author of the principle patents. In 2019, he led the investment group that founded NysnoBio, a pre-clinical gene therapy research and development company dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease, where he currently serves as Executive Chairman.David serves as Chairman of GateSpeed, a network performance software development company. He serves on the Advisory Board of Capital Provisions, a logistics supply company based in San Diego, California.
