An experienced operations manager having delivered results in the full spectrum of operational functions, resulting in an agile, adaptable and well-rounded manager.Through over 8 year experience as a British Army Officer i have developed extensive experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Strategic Communication, Decision Making and Delivering Results, all in pressurised and kinetic environments. From constructing and installing £10.5 million in infrastructure and technology across the city of Kabul, conducting a cultural change action plan for a regiment of 700 people, working alongside partner nations whilst deployed across Europe to my current role, operations manager for an organisation of 7000 people with 2,500 deployed across 26 countries, my challenging and diverse career has made me into a well rounded and effective manager. Outside of work I enjoy staying active and spending time with my family. A competitive powerlifter and keen sportsman, a personal achievement was representing the Army in the Skeleton Bobsleigh at the Inter-Services Ice Sports Competition. I also enjoy reading non-fiction, particularly on current affairs, science and anthropology.
