Taking ownership for the delivery of Infotainment components and features on a number of high profile Aston Martin projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.- Coordinating a team of four delivering Infotainment Software and Hardware on multiple carlines.- Supporting integration activities, defining grey-box test plans and ensuring their completion for quality assurance.- Maintaining supplier relations, managing project timing and budget. - Reporting to AML and AKKA senior management, by flagging risks with robust plans for resolution and insight on the impact to all stakeholders.These activities gave me invaluable insight in to the technical, commercial and resource management of major projects in the automotive industry.

Joined the AKKAdemy in August 2018 for a month of consulting training in Geneva, Switzerland.During the training period, I coordinated a team of 5 who delivered a mock Business Plan that won the final Gold award for most likely to receive investor backing.The training was followed by two months of project placement in Toulouse, France.

During my twelve week internship at TEQ SA I lead an effort to rethink and improve the technical documentation we produce and deliver to our customers.I was also chosen to join the sales team in manning our stand at BusWorld Kortrijk 2017 (Belgium), one of the main international trade fairs in the bus transport industry. The fair was our most successful yet, and over the course of the week I enjoyed presenting our products and meeting with representatives of different companies, learning a great deal about the industry and its commercial aspects in the process.At the end of the internship, I happily accepted the offer to remain at the company.

After the second year of my University degree, I undertook a year-long placement with GE Oil & Gas.These are some of the activities I carried out during this time:- Worked on the design of test equipment, and prepared documentation such as user manuals, compliance reports, risk assessments, CAD drawings, design schematics and circuit diagrams;- Wrote safety test procedures, which allowed to identify potential hazards in our new and existing test equipment and improve quality control; - Liaised with project management, operations and manufacturing to ensure equipment and resources were available as needed for testing;- Prepared commercial reports for our existing customers, which allowed for new projects to be started and ongoing projects to be extended;- Participated in the adoption of the Agile methodology within my team. We were the first to do this within my department.Experience gained: circuit board/PCB design, ERP, Excel/VBA scripting, codes, compliance and regulation, high voltage testing, supplier relations.Tools used: MS Office, MS Project, PTC PRO/E, Autodesk AutoCAD, Altium Designer, Python, Agile.
